SATURDAY JANUARY 28, 9 am – 4:30 pm: SASKFORWARD SUMMIT, CAMPUS REGINA PUBLIC, 1069 14TH AVENUE EAST
SaskForward is a coalition of civil society organizations and individuals who believe that the “transformational change” promised by the provincial government should not be carried out without adequate consultation of the people who will be affected.
SaskForward has created an online consultation platform at saskforward.ca, where members of the public are encouraged to share their ideas on the direction of the province via video and text submissions. The submission process will culminate in a policy summit on January 28th Regina. The summit will be a forum to discuss what transformational changes we would like to see in a variety of issue areas, including Education, Health, Energy and Environment, Reconciliation and Decolonization, Poverty and Housing, and Public Finance and the Economy. Those interested in attending should register via our website.
Please save the date and share this message with your networks. Details regarding the schedule for the summit will be provided shortly.
