A former deputy director of administrative services for Saskatoon Public Schools has called on the province to shelve its plan for P3 schools. “The adoption of P3 funding methods will cost more, introduce unnecessary complexities in the management of schools and, perhaps, put at risk community access to privately owned school facilities,” writes Herve Langlois in this Op-Ed
