The U.S. National Trust recommends that communities being asked to consider the future of heritage schools should be given the opportunity to tour renovated schools before any decisions are made. This option was never provided in the case of Regina’s 100-year-old Connaught School – until now. On Saturday, Sept., 28 Heritage Regina will host a tour of Moose Jaw’s centuries-old schools that have been renovated. Visit www.saveourconnaught.ca to find out about joining the tour, which departs from Connaught School at 9 a.m. Everyone is welcome!
